Our sun-drenched loft features a world-class collection of rare art and design pieces. We invite you to enjoy these objects in your home gallery and cook to your heart's desire in the professional kitchen, equipped with a 6-burner Viking range and a large central marble island. Then, explore the neighborhood filled with delicious foods, local shops, and parks. We have hosted celebrity chefs and shot an entire Taste Award-winning best short film in the kitchen. The space:

Our unique loft space is designed to be one of a kind, showcasing the most rare and collectible pieces of design from around the world. Each piece inside of the apartment is available for purchase, facilitating an ever-evolving space reflective of the constant flux surrounding it. These pieces have been sourced by our team and are thoroughly authenticated. (Pieces present during your stay may vary over time, please reach out for an updated catalog of objects and art)

A beautiful central skylight (over 6ft wide) provides sunlight all day long. At night, our vintage lighting allows for moody vibe changes. The two living rooms offer opposing spaces to relax - the "Moto" room features a Ducati 750SS and a De-Sede Non-stop Sofa side by side while the "Record" room features a diverse vinyl collection to listen to while sitting underneath the fig tree on the velvet Camaleonda sofa by Mario Bellini.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is often considered the star of the loft, featuring a 6-burner Viking range, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster oven, Chemex coffee pot, vintage and rare cooking utensals, and a large central marble island.

A Sonos sound system allows for surround sound music and media playing through your own personal device or the loft's home device.

Bedrooms:

The spacious main bedroom has a king-size bed with a heat/ac in-wall unit and a large framed glass wall to allow in the morning sunlight. Additionally, there is a projector setup inside the bedroom with a selection of included platforms to watch movies and TV. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet, and window facing the street. Both bedrooms proudly feature Tekla bedding, offering unmatched comfort and aesthetics.

Neighborhood:

Ideal and hip location on the Columbia Waterfront with access to Brooklyn Bridge Park, Brooklyn Heights promenade, Dumbo, ferry terminal to Rockaway Beach, Manhattan, Governors Island, Brooklyn Army Terminal, as well as Carroll Gardens neighborhood restaurants and Red Hook.
