The apartment was perfect for my family of five (three kids ages 10, 7, and 5). In a great, safe location, just around the corner from the subway and multiple convenient stores. I spoke with the owner Dan, property manager Allan and his assistant Nick, all were helpful and quick to respond.

Apartment was exactly what we needed as a family. Location is perfect, you're right in the middle of the action. Was met by Allan the agent who was very friendly and helpful (he helped bring up the cases to the 5th floor as the elevator wasn't working) The only complaint we have is the shower which was always cold - which isn't what you want in February.

As my kids have grown up, them each having their own bed has been a real requirement, a huge plus if they have their own rooms. This space gave us what we couldn't get reasonably from a hotel. It's not spacious, but it was enough for a week long stay where we were out doing things most of the time and just needed a place to get some alone time at the end of the day. It was clean. Everything we expected was provided. The check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. No crazy expectations on either end. Plus the location being right off the 6 subway, and just a few blocks from W/R subway means you can get anywhere you want easily.

Our family of five stayed here for 5 nights in March. The location is super convenient to the subway and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Allan made checking in and out a breeze. Apartment was just as described - clean and spacious. It’s really quite the find for a larger family. Beds were comfortable and apartment was stocked with necessities. Also, no exhaustive check out list. Highly recommend! A

The property is just as described. The location is fantastic and close to everything that we wanted to see and do. Working with the property manager was a breeze and the communication was awesome. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to New York.

Apartment was clean (except that the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty). Address given to guests on website was not the correct address which I believe was done so that no one could look at the building prior to reserving. The entrance way into the building was dirty contained three garage cans which had foul odors and the hallway on the fifth floor contained debris.

The apartment itself was conveniently located in NYC, a stone’s throw from Empire State Bldg. Smallish rooms, simple but cute. Window ACs. Main problem was apt is on 5th floor and building elevator was not working when we checked in, and only worked about half the time while we were there. Thanks to Allan - prop mgr - who helped with bags on check-in, and did his best to assist. Apartment owner was not helpful and declined to negotiate reduced price.
