The room was so tiny we could barely fit ourselves in, and bringing a stroller felt nearly impossible. When we pushed the two beds together to make some space, we discovered a bunch of garbage underneath—clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
There was absolutely no soundproofing. We could hear every word our neighbors said, the elevator doors opening and closing, and were basically unwilling witnesses to a loud party happening right behind our wall until around midnight—while I was trying to get the kids to sleep.
Another big disappointment was the observation floor shown in their photos. It’s actually part of a bar that requires staff escort, and no kids are allowed—so we didn’t even get to see it.
Breakfast was okay but limited, and not included in the price. Still, the location was excellent and really the only thing that made the stay worthwhile.
