"Hi, I actually didn’t stay, I booked the hostel in Melbourne from Hotel.com and when I got in Sydney I went to check in there was a guy said he’s the manager, he did not checked me in, he said that I couldn’t stay there because of age limit. I’m 50 years old but when I booked the reservation there wasn’t any age limit online, I read the terms and condition there was no age limit, anyway I asked for my money back, he refused to gave me a refund. "Very clean! Not the Best place for meeting other travellers but great for seeing Sydney. Walking distance to most sights incl Opera House. Staff very kind, internet good. Enough showers. Very quiet in the dorms."

"The people at the reception were nice and overall the staff is really friendly. Cockroaches were keeping us company during the lonely nights, and the fridge kept leaking ; the bathroom was dirty as well - we would be inebriated with weed smell on a daily basis, and whilst we wouldn't normally care, this was too much even for us. We understand it's a hostel, we really do, but the hygiene standards we require are not as high as the people that kept smoking in the courtyard."

"It's located nearby several hiking paths, waterfalls and rain forests. The rooms are cozy and the breakfast is simple yet delicious. The service is also really good. Flavia was a great help and her colleagues were really kind as well. We particularly loved the hall where we could read and eat. Really really great. Thank you."
