"We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s cottage. It was so private, peaceful (we don’t count the birds and occasional sheep) and had everything we could have asked for. Sunrise on the front porch with a coffee, kangaroos and birds, to sunset and the stars and satellites in the amazing outdoor bath.We got to experience the farm and watch the shearing too! Sally is a fabulous host and left us with gifts and herbs and tomatoes from her garden! And the beautiful artwork on the walls from local artists...

"We booked this property as it could accommodate a large group. We had 10 adults and 12 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us inside and out. The kids had an absolute blast with none of them wanting to leave after our 2-night stay. The gardens are huge with plenty of space to kick around balls etc. The outside deck had a lounge area and a dining area then there is also an BBQ area with a Pizza oven with another dining area. We’d seen some negative reviews, and while the house is rough around the edge, we had a great stay and the kids loved the sheep, chickens, pool, basketball and tennis courts. The house isn’t in pristine condition, but it’s neat and tidy, comfortable and is in a beautiful location. The properlty manager was also very responsive and flexible with check-in’s "

"Great location and well maintained with plenty of activities for the kids. House had plenty of room for us and was nice and warm. Wide slashed paths through the property to the dams etc. Driveway had been repaired, access to the property was easy. Will definitely be coming back."

"I’ve now stayed at Knottapharm multiple times and every time I pinch myself at how stunning the property is.To have wildlife casually roaming the property, the privacy and quiet of being tucked away in the valley plus all the comforts you would hope for in a country estate.
