It will be hard to leave the outdoor terrace, with a sleek wooden pool deck surrounded by sun loungers - it’s the perfect spot for unwinding after a refreshing morning swim. Also, with a large grill barbecue and outdoor seating, it’s the perfect ingredients for warm evenings spent with the family. The interiors are modern and relaxed, styled with minimalist décor and chic furniture, which creates a warm atmosphere throughout. The spacious ground floor is flooded with natural light from the large glass windows and offers a stylish open-plan living and dining area painted with a simple black and white colour scheme. Adjoined is the high-end kitchen, with dark mahogany cabinetry and the latest appliances for the easiest cooking experience. Stepping up to the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a twin, which can comfortably sleep up to six adults. To access the villa there is a path which is 177cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 95cm wide. There is 1 step down to the decking/pool area. The pool itself has step access. The alfresco dining area is tiled and flat, with a small lip over the patio doors. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
