Skuffende oplevelse
Vi boede på hotellet i tre dage. Måtte sende to ud af tre måltider tilbage til køkkenet, fordi pastaen ikke var færdig kogt (ikke aldente, min mand har været bosiddende i Italien af flere omgange). Maden smagte ikke specielt godt. Vi sad og frøs i restauranten, der der var et net i stedet for vægge, alt for koldt i oktober. En nat gik brandalarmen, og vi løb ned. Da vi kom ned til receptionen, talte receptionisten i telefon, og kiggede blot op, men det var det. Havde været rart med en melding, efter vi havde løbet ned med vores dreng, igennem gange og kontoret. Receptionistens manglende reaktion, fik os frem til konklusionen at der ikke var fare. Så vi gik tilbage ad nedtrapper og gange, da elevatoren ikke kørte grundet alarmen. Afløbet i bad og håndvask, var begge stoppet på vores værelse. Vores udsigt var en byggeplads. En rengøringsmand vaskede gulv, men der var ikke et advarselsskilt, så min mand var ved at falde bagover. Værelset var iskoldt da vi kom, dårlig klima på værelset. Elevatoren i lobbyen, havde en defekt/smadret knap. Der er en del glas-pynt ved receptionen, som trængte til en støvklud. Dette hotel levede ikke op til vores forventninger.

Nice, but improvements are needed
The hotel has a central location at Murano, approx 10-15 min in boat from Venice. Murano has a lot of "life" during the day, while totally empty in the evening after 18:00, with one restaurant open. The room at the hotel was very nice !!! We only experienced the restaurant in the morning, as we didn't manage to get a seating in the evening with a short notice. Breakfast is acceptable, where quality is different from day-to-day. e.g. omelettes are pre-made at 5:00 in the morning, so they are ready to serve later....

Best hotel experience
Very professional, stylish and service-minded hotel. Without a doubt my best hotel experience. In a city like Venice, its very useful that the hotel has their own boat which you can use for your airport transfer both to and from, and even for free. The hotel room was very stylish and air conditioned which is very much needed during July. Breakfast was also really good, a lot of different types of food. Location is only marked as good because its a bit away from the main islands, and public transport takes about an hour to get to the center. Luckily theres a waterbus station right in front of the hotel.

Se Venedig og på på øen Murano
Hyatt ligger på øen Murano, der er en skøn lille ø ud for Venedig. Vi blev hentet af hotellets bådtransport i lufthavnen og tilsvaende bragt tilbage som en service fra Hotellet. Hotellet er dejligt, pæne værelser, god morgenmad og smilende betjening, så absolut en anbefaling værd. Vi indløste et 3 dages kort så vi kunne sejle frit mellem alle øer og Vendig, eller bare fra en ende af Venedig til en anden, og det fungerer perfekt. Det tager ca. 15 minutter at komme fra Murano til Venedig og det er dejligt med en lille sejltur. Alt i alt en skøn ferie og hotellet er absolut anbefalelsesværdigt.

Great hotel experience!
The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful in all matters, and provided good information upon any request. The cleanliness and standards are very high, food was great, both breakfast and dinner, and the transportation to and from Venice and other islands is very easy. Great hotel!

Très bel établissement, excellent accueil, très beau design, prestation, au top. Seul bémol, nous avons eu vraiment très froid dans la chambre. Seule possibilité : régler la clim entre polaire et glacial. Nous l’avons signalé à plusieurs reprises, mais manifestement il n’y avait pas de solution.

Lovely modern hotel with reasonably sized rooms with excellent bathroom with big walking showers. Very close to public water bus stop to Venice, but a quiet, lovely location .

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They helped us find wonderful restaurants, get our transportation sorted and even offerred shopping suggestions. The only difficulty we had was on arrival, we were told (by their central reservations) to take the blue line water taxi and get off at Murano. NO! The Murano Colona station is on the wrong side of the island. We ended up pulling our luggage a long way, over cobblestones and up and down bridges. You have to find your way to the Murano Museo stop, which is right outside the hotel.

This location is good if you want to get away from the crowds in Venice or are focused on Murano glass. The down side is that dining options are very limited, especially after 6 PM. We stayed there the last night of our vacation hoping to take advantage of the airport shuttle they offer. Unfortunately it only runs after 11:30 AM and our flight was at 11. Also, the airport water bus doesn't start running until 8:09 AM. We were lucky this worked out for us, otherwise our only choice would have been a private taxi which is quite expensive. Our room was clean and spacious but much colder than we would have liked. When we asked the staff about it they said there was nothing they could do as the heat had been turned off for the season. We had drinks and snacks in the hotel bar because it was convenient. It was also after 6 and our options were limited. The staff was friendly but the waiter didn't remember what kind of sandwiches were offered that day, there were only two, or what the cicchetti of the day was. Again there were only two types of cicchetti that day. Our spritz drinks were missing the olives we'd become accustomed to during our week in Venice. We had to ask for the small container of potato chips that normally come along with your drinks. Granted all of these are minor annoyances but added together made our stay disappointing. I expected better from Hyatt.

What can I say, it’s Murano! Room was nice, but overly warm. Apparently, there is a regulation that you cannot have AC before a certain date. But the hotel was very clean and for the most part, quiet. Since we were hot we had to have the window open and there was noise outside, as well as a few mosquitos.

En primera instancia, tomé esta reserva porque disponían del servicio de recoger en el aeropuerto de Venecia y posteriormente, movilizar a los huespedes desde Murano a Venecia, previa reservación. Al llamar para solicitar el servicio de recogida, me informan que el servicio no está disponible por problemas con el vehículo (bote). Dada la categoría del hotel, debieron contratar otro bote y no dar semejante excusa, adicional que dijeron que era un servicio gratuito y que no estaban obligados a contar con dicho servicio siempre. Ofrecieron x el inconveniente, un upgrade a la habitación, pero realmente, creo que nos dieron la misma habitación que teníamos contratada. Teníamos sólo un día disponible en Venecia para aprovecharlo al máximo, así que decidimos no malgastar nuestro tiempo en reclamaciones.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war das Boot des Hotels kaputt, daher war ein Airport Shuttle nicht möglich. Mit dem Public Boot und einem Fußweg von 10 min war das Hotel super erreichbar. Das Zimmer war schön groß, zu zweit hatte man ausreichend Platz. Wir hatten ein Zimmer hinten raus, leider haben sich dort (seit vermutlich mehreren Jahren) Tauben niedergelassen, wodurch das Lüften so gut wie nicht möglich ist. Dementsprechend hat man Tag und Nacht Tauben vor seinem Zimmer, die „laut“ sind und alles voll scheißen.. sehr schade! Das Hotel sollte dringend etwas dagegen tun. Ansonsten ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel.

I would not advise to go to this property. We were deprived of the transfer from airport to hotel by water taxi with a drink which is why I chose this hotel, two days before we were due to go I was sent an email to say the boat was broken and we would have to find our own way to the island.

Wonderful stay
Fantastic hotel. Rooms were clean, modern. Lots of space for a family of four in the Suite Duplex. Ferry is easy to figure out and runs regularly

Stay here if you can
Wonderful hotel. Extremely clean, gorgeously decorated, wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. They even served champagne. We chose Murano vs. Venice as it’s quieter and the ferry to Venice was only 15 mins. There are fantastic restaurants on Murano.

Bon hôtel, Dommage que les navettes pour l’aéroport ne soient pas disponibles pour tous les clients, car pour nous cela était un service inclus dont nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier à notre arrivée. Même si le personnel a essayé d’être bienveillant lorsque nous avons signalé par 2 fois que 25 degrés dans une chambre pour dormir n’était pas confortable, rien de concret n’a été fait, nous avons donc du dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte et le bruit ambiant. Un des personnels féminins de l’accueil n’a pas été très agréable lorsque nous avons signalé avoir trop chaud dans notre chambre, en nous expliquant que cela était comme ça et c’est tout, sur un ton que l’on n’apprécie pas en tant que client. Le deuxième matin, une solution nous a été proposée de changer de chambre par un gentil jeune homme, nous avons refusé car du coup nous laissions la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée pour refroidir la pièce et nous ne souhaitions pas perdre de temps au changement versus nos visites prévues. Le cadre de l’hôtel est chaleureux, l’ensemble etait propre et entretenu.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were delicious and easy to access as there are multiple restaurants and a bar within the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my first time in Italy.

The property is the beautiful island Murano which is around 40-45 minutes away from Venice by a very convenient ferry ride. The hotel property was great, the food was incredible with lot of choices at breakfast buffet and wonderful sering staff. We had a Junior suite booked overlooking the canal with a very scenic morning view. The hotel staff at the reception was alright, there were some issues with my booking with expedia where hotel couldn't find the reservation. We waited for 30 minutes at the reception trying by ourselves to sort it out (as told by the reception desk), finally after intervention the issue got resolved. They could have been kinder and more compassionate. Overall a good place to stay if you don't mind the commute.

Sehr organisierter Ablauf. Toller Service. Super Personal. Klasse Zimmer. Direkt vom Flughafen mit dem Hotel-Schiff abgeholt zu werden, ist schon ein sehr netter Einstieg :)
