The accommodation
This beautiful city quarter impresses not only with its open and unusual layout! The entrance is on the street side and you can drive your car (via the sidewalk) directly to the apartment door and park there (there are also 2 duplex parking spaces in the building's underground garage available for an additional fee). Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by the spacious, bright, and futuristic-looking dining area. From here, you can access the first bedroom (it is the smallest, but it faces the street), which, like all three bedrooms, features design elements and the charm of an alpine hut. The way to the living room leads past the kitchenette (fully equipped, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, French press, multifunction microwave convection oven instead of a conventional oven, induction stove, hand blender, toaster, etc.) and the entrance to the first bathroom, which is divided into three areas by frosted glass doors. The living room is located in the middle of the apartment and is separated from the dining area by a central wall element. The two couches in the living room are actually beds (same test-winning mattresses as in the other beds in the apartment), whose functionality has been enhanced by adding backrests (smart!). Both the living room and the dining area have a smart TV (55") and a Bluetooth radio available for our guests.
The living room provides direct access to the second bathroom (divided into two areas) and the two rear bedrooms, which overlook the quiet, jungle-like backyard. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, its orientation and location mean that it does not heat up significantly in summer, and it has a good exhaust system that can be switched on if necessary. In addition, there are insect screens on all windows, and the four bedroom windows facing the courtyard allow plenty of fresh air into the apartment in summer.

You will receive: a spotlessly clean apartment, fresh bed linen and two fresh towels for each guest booked, sufficient toilet paper, kitchen paper, shower gel & shampoo (2 in 1, for sensitive baby skin), hand soap, a hairdryer in each bathroom, makeup remover pads, Kleenex, fresh house slippers, ground coffee, organic tea, sugar sticks, single-serve coffee creamers, various organic spices, salt, organic pepper (from a mill), organic olive oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, detergent for the 2 washing machines, use of the clothes horse, iron & ironing board, NETFLIX channel, WiFi internet access, exclusive parking space in front of the apartment door, ...
