Pros: The rooms are large, clean and relatively modern. The location is very close to the train station and a multitude of restaurants.
Cons: It was SO noisy! Both nights we could hear people outside our windows yelling at 2am. Also, it's not a very nice neighborhood. Even though it's between the train station and Marienplatz, it's a rundown area with a lot of guys hanging around. It doesn't feel unsafe, though, because there's a lot of activity.
For the price, it was a good place to stay and was very centrally located.
