Apartment 'Appartement 5' with 3 Separate Rooms

The apartment features 3 rooms, each separated by doors.



Room 1 has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. There is a small seating area and a kitchen with stove, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. Essential dishes—glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery—are provided.



Room 2 also has two single beds that can be made into a double bed, plus a seating area with table.



Room 3 has one single bed.



You have access to a small balcony.



The apartment offers a bathroom with shower, toilet, and satellite TV.



Standard-size towels are provided; please bring your own bath towels if needed.

Our guesthouse is located in the Munich district, just a few minutes by car from the A99—an ideal base for exploring Munich and its surroundings. The Riem/Munich East trade fair is about 10 minutes away, PEP and the Phoenix swimming pool Ottobrunn are easily accessible. The Allianz Arena is around 20 minutes away, the airport about 30 minutes. Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee are also within easy reach.



In the nearby town center, you will find a pharmacy, a bakery with breakfast, banks, and restaurants.



Smoking is only allowed in a small lounge on the balcony and outside on the ground floor. Twelve parking spaces and public street parking are available. One pet is allowed on request and for an additional fee.



Please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The guest lounge is available to all guests and can also be rented exclusively for events. Please contact the host via the booking platform.
