Guesthouse 'Appartement 12/13' near Munich & Trade Fair

One room has three single beds, two of which can be joined to form a double bed. There are two rooms separated by a connecting door. The second room has two single beds, which can also be combined into a double bed. It features a seating area with table and satellite TV.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.



The apartment offers a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. Essential dishes are provided—glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery.



Standard-size towels are supplied. Please bring your own bath towels if needed.

Knödelhof is located near Munich, in the Munich district – ideal for groups, company outings, and family celebrations. The house offers several rooms and apartments, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or groups.



Highlight: our cozy inn on the ground floor can be rented exclusively for your events, with access to the large outdoor terrace.



Just minutes from the A99, destinations such as Messe München, the airport, Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee are easily reached. Within walking distance, you’ll find a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, and restaurants.



12 parking spaces are available. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outside. Pets on request. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
