"From our arrival to our departure everything was impeccable even better than our expectations. Best resort experience ever the staff the place the service the rooms the cleanliness the food the beach everything was so amazing I will definitely come back here 😍"

"Air conditioning in room was not working. Service was terrible - basically non-existent. Hotel facilities were okay. Room was dated. This was definitely not a 5 star hotel, would be a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel at all for those looking for 5 star or even 4 star hotel given the service was so bad! We would never stay here again. "

"We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."
