"Friendly staff, spacious property. The restaurants do not require reservation in advance. The hotel room key is on the bracelet, no additional cards to carry. Good food. Exotic fruits.
The only hiccup was the ocean. There was a lot of seaweed. But there was nothing that the staff could do about it."

"We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."

"Absolutely everything was wonderful from the minute we checked in until the moment we checked out! The pool was awesome! The staff was amazing! The food was very good and we never went hungry! The drinks were plentiful! The staff always went above and beyond! The entire grounds were beautiful!
If I had to make a complaint, it would be with the Coatis! They are absolutely obnoxious and I wish you could get rid of them, or quarantine them off. You offer food on the beach with picnic tables for...

"I wished the coffee stations will be at lobby along with water before 8am we are traveling early in the morning for tours and I really would appreciate have them in the lobby plus coffee in the room was not very good! Other than that everything was great this property is really well maintained- very clean! Food was very good! Activities for kids very well organized! My kids loved it!"

"It was more than we expected. The staff was amazing! So warm and friendly! They really went above and beyond for my birthday.
Our beach front room was great. We loved that you didn’t need reservations for the nice restaurants. The food was amazing! The breakfast and lunch buffets were so high end but the gala buffet is not to be missed!!!! We ate at the French restaurant, Italian, steak house, gala buffet and did room service one night… all top notch.
Ruben was our butler, I can’t say enough...
