"This was one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. Despite being on the beach, everything was impeccably clean and super well maintained. We paid more to stay at the adults only coral side, and boy was it worth it. The buffet and all the free included restaurants were excellent. The pool was great, and the fun staff always had fun activities going to take part in. The room was great, and kept clean and stocked by room service. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again! "We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."

"Fantastic resort that we’ve visited multiple times. Great, spacious pools and delicious, high-quality food in their buffet. You certainly don't lack anything at this resort. Their evening shows have also had an upgrade and are super impressive. We stayed at Lindo for 6 nights, but unfortunately couldn't get a table booked at their Japanese restaurant—there's definitely room for improvement there."

"Air conditioning in room was not working. Service was terrible - basically non-existent. Hotel facilities were okay. Room was dated. This was definitely not a 5 star hotel, would be a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel at all for those looking for 5 star or even 4 star hotel given the service was so bad! We would never stay here again. "
