Room - pillows have weird smell, we tried to change pillow cases, but that doesn't help at all. Nexpresso machine is not working, we called neumorous time trying to ask for a replacement, and the technician and house keeper is telling us that is the highest temperature for safety reason. Really? A cup of coffee and tea that is less than 75 degree is considered normal to your standard?
Restaurant - we asked to have salad without olive oil due to food allergy reason, and they are telling us there is no other oil replacement. Then how did you cook eggs and potatoes?
Daily Charges for unknown item: there is a $170 Package Fee charged to my card per day, when I asked the front desk to let me know what kind of charge is it, I got the round around unclear answer, stating that is for resort fee, which is not matching what I saw when I book the room, and then she told me it is for temporary charges to any potential damage, which is totally different from the deposit, that doesn't make sense at all.
We are not happy with this experience.
