• Ditch your dishcloths! Because travelling with J-cloths is never a good look, we’ve provided all your cleaning essentials, including washing and dishwasher tablets.



Home Truths:

• Cleaning services once a week within the advertised price.

A welcome pack of bed linen, towels, toiletries and supplies are provided at check in and on a weekly basis for those staying longer than 7 nights.
If you wish regularly cleans or supplies please contact us to check prices.

For your convenience this is a self-check in property and keyless apartment

• Check-in details and access code will be emailed to you the day before arrival

• There isn’t a lift, your accommodation is located on the first floor

• To stay toasty, your apartment has a centrally managed heating system

• Due to its location, the apartment doesn't have air-conditioning. Several of the windows open and if it warms up in the summer, we’re happy to provide fans, just let us know  

• Maximum occupancy is 6 people

• We’re committed to ensuring your apartment is safe and sparkling clean and maintain rigorous cleaning processes across all our properties.


Frankie’s No-Nos

It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:

• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.

• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards
Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)

If you’re looking for an amazing night out, swirl on your feather boa and shimmy over to one of Soho’s many bars, pubs or clubs. The UK’s most celebrated gaybourhood, Soho has some of the best gay bars in the world, including the iconic G-A-Y Bar, where you can shake your booty to cheesy pop hits galore.

Just two minutes’ walk away is London’s Chinatown, brimming with authentic Chinese restaurants and shops, and Covent Garden, a shopping and dining hub with a dreamy central piazza – pick a spot, grab a glass of fizz, and enjoy some out-of-this-world people watching!


It’s Show Time

Your fabulous apartment is also just a popcorn’s throw from London’s world-class theatres. Whether you fancy belting out tunes to Mamma Mia or taking in a long-running classic like Les Mis, London’s Theatreland is right on Frankie’s doorstep.

If you’re seeking retail therapy, Soho has more shops than you can shake a Christian Dior Tote bag at. Well-known and boutique shops line every street, including world-famous Carnaby Street – full of unusual and eclectic finds – and Liberty London, choc-full of designer clothing and home accessories.

You’re also a five minutes’ walk from lively Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus.

For sightseeing, Soho is also a short tube ride from must-see destinations, including Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, the London Eye, the Tower of London, plus many more.
