    This bright and thoughtfully laid-out home spans approximately 134 sq m and is arranged across Ground, First, and Second Floors. The layout allows for both communal living and privacy, with multiple bathrooms and clearly defined bedroom zones.

    Guest Access:

    The property operates with a self check-in process. Keys are collected from a secure location nearby rather than being stored at the property itself. Full collection details and instructions will be shared with you ahead of arrival to ensure a smooth and straightforward check-in. Once checked in, guests have full access to the entire property throughout their stay.



    The Neighborhood:

    The property is well positioned for Greenwich, located approximately 1 mile from the historic town centre. Greenwich is one of south-east London’s most established and recognisable neighbourhoods, known for its maritime heritage, riverside setting and expansive green spaces. Greenwich Park is a particular highlight, offering elevated views across London, while the surrounding streets are home to a wide range of cafés, restaurants, independent shops and local markets.



    The immediate area sits within Deptford, a neighbouring district that has seen ongoing regeneration and benefits from strong transport links. From here, it is easy to reach Greenwich’s key attractions, including the Cutty Sark, Royal Observatory and the Thames Path, as well as central London and Canary Wharf. This location offers a practical base with access to both everyday amenities and some of south-east London’s most well-known cultural and outdoor spaces.



    Getting Around:

    The property benefits from excellent transport links into central London and Canary Wharf.

    • Deptford Station – approximately 0.4 miles

    • New Cross Station – approximately 0.6 miles

    • Canary Wharf – around 15 minutes by train or DLR

    • London Bridge – around 10 minutes by train



    Other Things to Note:

    The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.

    • Our beds are standard UK sizes. If you are accustomed to larger international bed sizes, please review the bed configuration carefully prior to booking to ensure it meets your needs.

    • Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Check-ins after 8pm may be possible by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.

    • All guests are required to complete our online check-in form ahead of arrival. This allows us to confirm lead guest details and supports a smooth and secure check-in process.

    • The home is arranged over three floors and does not have a lift. Guests should be comfortable using internal stairs.

    • Our minimum age requirement for the lead guest is 28. Bookings that do not meet this requirement may be subject to additional review prior to confirmation, and we may request supporting documentation where appropriate.

    • The home includes access to a private garden, offering additional outdoor space.
