The Space:

Recently renovated and reconfigured, this substantial five-storey home now offers five bedrooms alongside a dedicated gym space, providing greater flexibility for families, groups, and longer stays. Formerly arranged as a four-bedroom property, the layout has been carefully updated to enhance both sleeping accommodation and lifestyle space, while retaining generous proportions throughout.



Set moments from one of South London’s most popular green spaces, the home combines multiple living areas, modern finishes, and private outdoor space in a well-connected residential setting.



Ground Floor

• Main reception room with comfortable seating and natural light

• Bedroom 5 with double bed, created as part of the recent renovation (formerly the TV room)

• Dedicated gym room, added during the refurbishment

• Laundry room with washer and dryer

• Bathroom with walk-in shower



First Floor

• Open-plan kitchen and dining area with modern appliances and ample workspace

• Additional reception area extending the living space, suitable for entertaining or day-to-day living

• Access to a private patio, best suited for light outdoor use rather than full dining

Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay.



The home operates with a self check-in process. Full access details will be shared in advance once the mandatory pre-arrival check-in form has been completed.

• Clapham Junction Station (1.2 miles, approx. 25-minute walk) – A major transport hub with South Western Railway services to London Waterloo, London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, and Brighton, ideal for both city commutes and longer trips.

The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.

• The patio is compact and best suited for light outdoor use rather than dining or extended lounging

• The minimum lead guest age is 28.
