Set across the lower and ground floors, the flat features two beautifully furnished bedrooms – one with a super king-sized bed and the other with a king-sized bed – providing luxurious comfort for up to four guests. The sleek bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, finished to a high standard for a hotel-quality experience.

The heart of the home is its bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, designed for both relaxing and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, including an induction hob, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. Newington Green is a vibrant and diverse part of North London known for its welcoming community feel and leafy streets. A short walk away lies Stoke Newington, one of London’s most characterful neighbourhoods, filled with independent shops, artisan cafés, and eclectic restaurants. Church Street is the heart of the area, offering everything from brunch spots like The Good Egg and Esters Café to gastropubs such as The Prince and The Clarence Tavern – a local favourite for live music and great atmosphere. Clissold Park is nearby, providing plenty of green space for walks, picnics, and people-watching.

The property is conveniently located close to Canonbury Station, which connects directly to the London Overground network. From here, you can reach destinations such as Liverpool Street and the vibrant East End with ease. Several bus routes also run from one road along, offering quick links across the city, making this the perfect base for exploring all that London has to offer. Highbury & Islington is just a short cycle away, giving rapid access to central London and beyond via the Victoria Line.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
