  • Summary:

    Enjoy staying in the heart of Kings Cross, London with this spacious 2-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



    The Space:

    Welcome to this spacious 63 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Omega Place in the heart of Kings Cross. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



    Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has an en-suite shower room and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway; the hallway bathroom has a shower/bathtub.



    The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private terrace — smoking is not allowed on the terrace.



    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

    Good to know before you book



    Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



    Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



    Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



    Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



    Smoking: The apartment and the terrace are non-smoking throughout.



    Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



    Guest Access:

    The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

    King’s Cross has transformed into one of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods, built around the spectacular redevelopment of King’s Cross and St Pancras stations. Coal Drops Yard and Granary Square on the canal make this a lively area to stay. Transport connections are exceptional — King’s Cross / St Pancras offers the Tube, Eurostar, and fast trains north, making it one of the best-connected spots in all of London. Islington and the Angel are a short walk away.

    King's Cross St. Pancras (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Northern, Piccadilly, and Victoria Lines)

    Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The flat was clean, cozy, and warm, which was perfect given the cold temperatures outside. It was also stylish and comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was super easy.

Hub of London with a city vibe

The apartment was true to the listing. Quiet, accessible to so Underground and trains. Kings Cross is a great cross section of working and tourist London.

Everything was exactly as stated. Super convenient to get anywhere via the Underground, and choices for food and drink close by.It was nice to have an outdoor area to sit and enjoy the great weather we had.

Great location, comfortable stay

Getting the keys was very easy, and the location was fantastic, right by kings cross and many bus lines. The space was nice and comfortable, and having the outdoor space and the washer/dryer were great. Overall was very good, especially for the price.

Kings Cross Flat

Highly recommended if you want to stay in the Kings Cross area. The flat was clean and comfortable. The check in / check out process was smooth. One of the best attributes was the safety of the flat. The access was through a locked gate. We felt very safe.

The place is in a great location and it's spacious and well-stocked for what you need. Getting the key is a little confusing (the address you are given for the key pickup is actually next door to the store where you actually pick up the keys - a guy who lived there for us that he's probably been asked 1000 times about where to pick up some VRBO keys).

Great stay, wonderful location!

This apartment is cute, well-maintained, and is in such a great location! Much, much better for our family (which includes two teens) and our budget than trying to find hotel rooms that would fit our needs. Also, we tend to go out, come back to eat and nap, then out again, etc., and this apartment was perfect for that. The backyard patio was a huge bonus and we did spend a bit of time out there just listening to the sounds of the neighborhood.
