You have the entire apartment to yourself. Have access to all bedrooms and amenities. You'll be given access for easy and secure entry.
We want to try to cater for all guests therefore please do bear in mind this is our family home and there are a few additional rules:
- Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. - Smoking is strictly prohibited, an extra charge will apply should any rules be broken. The building is a non-smoking zone. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - No pets allowed - No unregistered guests allowed - Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am; - Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed. - Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. - A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them. - Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave - Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible - If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

Great flat for a group
A group of friends stayed together from the US and Germany. The flat was more than enough room for six of us. We had an amazing time and loved using this as our homebase.The kitchen is outfitted well. We could have used a few extra mugs for tea/ coffee. We bought a few for our stay. The washer and radiator need to have better instructions as we had minor issues with both. The few issues we had with the heat were fixed by end of day two.There is a lot near by and we were able to take buses most places we needed to go. The street noise can get loud on the weekends but not horrible.We all spoke about how we would definitely stay here again.
