    The apartment comfortably accommodates two guests and features one bedroom with a king sized bed and one bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Situated on the twelfth floor of the building with lift access, the apartment benefits from elevated city views and a peaceful atmosphere above the lively streets below. A dining area provides a dedicated space for meals or working remotely during your stay.

    Inside, the apartment has been designed with a bright, minimalist aesthetic that maximises both light and space. The open plan living area features a comfortable L shaped sofa and a sleek glass coffee table, creating a relaxing place to unwind after a day exploring London. Floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the room while offering wide views across the surrounding cityscape. The kitchen blends seamlessly with the living and dining space and is fitted with modern appliances including a dishwasher, alongside streamlined white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and dark worktops that give the space a polished and contemporary feel. The bedroom follows a calm, hotel inspired style with crisp white linens, built in wardrobes and subtle lighting that create a restful environment. The bathroom continues the clean and modern aesthetic with neutral tiling and a bath with overhead shower, completing a home that feels bright, stylish and thoughtfully designed.

    King’s Cross Central has become one of London’s most exciting regenerated neighbourhoods, transforming historic railway lands into a lively district filled with canalside walks, restaurants, cultural venues and public squares. The nearby Granary Square has become a focal point of the area, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and creative spaces, while Coal Drops Yard offers a unique shopping and dining destination set within beautifully restored Victorian buildings. Just a short walk away, Bloomsbury offers elegant garden squares, historic university buildings and renowned cultural institutions, while Camden provides a vibrant atmosphere with markets, live music venues and independent shops. The area also offers an excellent dining scene with popular restaurants such as Dishoom King’s Cross for Bombay inspired cuisine, Caravan for relaxed dining and speciality coffee, and Barrafina at Coal Drops Yard for Spanish tapas. Traditional British pubs including The Betjeman Arms at St Pancras and The Fellow on York Way provide welcoming spots for food and drinks close to the apartment.

    Transport connections are exceptional, making it easy to explore London and travel further afield. King’s Cross St Pancras station is approximately five to seven minutes on foot and serves the Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan Underground lines, as well as National Rail services across the United Kingdom. St Pancras International station is also around five to seven minutes away and provides Eurostar services connecting London with cities such as Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. Russell Square station is approximately fifteen minutes on foot and is served by the Piccadilly Line, offering direct routes to the West End and Heathrow Airport. Overall, this location provides exceptional connectivity, allowing quick access to central London, international rail links and multiple Underground lines, while placing you within one of the capital’s most vibrant neighbourhoods filled with restaurants, cultural spaces and scenic canalside walks.

    *The property may not be used for any commercial purposes, including filming or professional photography.
    *Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs.
    *Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.

    Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property.

    The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

    Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
