Property Details:

This 85-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat screen TV, double sofa-bed and dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machine for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedrooms are street-facing and come furnished with double size beds and quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The apartment features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, equipped with a hair dryer, complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to start your stay. There is also another bathroom in the hallway, which includes a bathtub.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 8 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

This property in the heart of the city has an unbeatable location. The apartment is located close to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, a few minutes’ walk from the green of St. James Park. Perched along the north bank of the River Thames, Westminster is not only the historic heart of the city, but it is also the heartbeat of the British government and royalty. From there, you can easily walk to all of the major tourist attractions, including Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and more. A 15-minute walk through the park, for example, will take you to Trafalgar Square, in one the most lively and dynamic corners of the city and from there to the heart of Covent Garden: The National gallery, the historical London theatres and the Oxford Street shopping district. The nearest Underground Station St James's Park (Circle & District Lines), will allow you to reach every corner of the city in a convenient and fast way, along with many city buses running all day, providing easy links to London’s Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton Airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provide for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.



*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.



*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Nel complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e consigliamo questo appartamento. L’host è stato molto facile da contattare: sempre disponibile, gentile e rapido nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda prima e durante il soggiorno. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati semplici, con istruzioni chiare, e la consegna delle chiavi è stata spiegata molto bene.L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione ed è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio e nelle foto. È spazioso, pulito e accogliente, il che lo rende una base comoda per esplorare la città. Tutto sommato, è una soluzione affidabile in una buona zona, con un host reattivo e un’esperienza complessiva senza complicazioni.

Do not recommend. The apartment was not safe or suitable to rent, and the host would not speak with us or work with us to resolve anything. Major plumbing repairs were being done while we were there. They were messy and loud, and we had next to no notice that workers would be in the apartment at all, much less every day of our stay but one. There also were no working lights in the hall bathroom and no latch to securely close the hall bathroom door, so we could only use the one tiny ensuite bathroom. That was awkward. There were other electrical safety issues in the apartment, the place was not clean, and all three mattresses are painful to sleep on. Paul (aka Saadia or Sam) was never reachable by phone, and messages from him seemed AI generated. The one person we met totally by chance as she was meeting a workman in the apartment initially said Paul was her boss, but then refused to call him in our presence, backtracking to say she does not work for him or have his phone number. Really frustrating all around.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement situé dans un quartier vivant avec des habitants locaux. Il se trouvait à seulement quelques pas de l'Abbaye de Westminster et d'autres attractions principales, ce qui en fait un emplacement parfait pour explorer la ville. L'appartement était exactement comme annoncé : propre, confortable et bien entretenu. La communication avec l'hôte a été fluide, et l'enregistrement s'est fait sans problème.
