This spacious third-floor flat features two inviting bedrooms and two beautifully finished bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed, a private ensuite shower room, and a small desk area ideal for remote working. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the main bathroom offers both a bath and a shower, perfect for a refreshing morning start or an evening unwind.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space is the heart of the home — ideal for cooking, dining, and socialising. The kitchen is equipped with sleek, modern appliances and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats four, and the cosy living room features a soft sofa for relaxing after a day in the city. Natural light fills the space, opening out to a private balcony that catches the morning sun — a lovely spot for coffee or a peaceful start to the day.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
