The house is perfectly equipped for your trip to London. Perfect to accommodate 6 people in comfort and luxury, ideal for families and couples, it is located on the second floor of a stately building with lift and reception.
The flat is divided into 2 levels.

On the first level, at the entrance there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven, electric kettle, toaster and knife set, dishwasher and Nespresso Vertuo. All kitchen equipment is provided, from pots and pans to cutlery and utensils.
The kitchen leads to a spacious and bright living room well furnished with a 3-4 seater sofa and a comfortable armchair, a 55" 4K UHD Smart TV with access to the internet and all applications, and a stylish dining table for your dinner parties.
In addition, there is a service bathroom with sink and toilet.

On the second level is the sleeping area with three bedrooms boasting sumptuous double beds and two bathrooms with showers (one ensuite).

- All bedrooms have a double bed, television, wardrobes, drawers and windows.
- The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and washbasin, and are supplied with towels and other essentials, such as shampoo and a bottle of hand cleanser, and rolls of toilet paper.
- The flat is equipped with heating/AC and super fast WIFI.

Access
You will be welcomed at the reception of the building, make sure to acknowledge the following requirements:

- You have completed the online check in and digitally signed (clear name and surname) the rental contract. Mandatory fields cannot be left blank.
- Have a valid photo ID of all the occupants (passports), in particular the cardholder name must match the name on the ID
- A security deposit is required.
- Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm from Monday to Friday
- Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday at a cost of £10

Late check-in is between 20:00 and 22:00 at a cost of £30.
NOTE: Late check-in is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
