  • The perfect base for discovering London!
    A beautifully bright and spacious duplex apartment in the heart of Notting Hill. This charming period property is beautifully presented throughout and benefits from two large bedrooms (one en -suite) separate kitchen and a wonderful living room which looks directly onto a sun-trap flat roof.

    The flat is perfectly located for the fine array of local bars, gastro pubs, eateries & boutiques that are synonymous with Notting Hill.

    Please note the flat entrance is on the 2nd floor (no elevator)
    Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor
    Living room and patio 4th floor

    Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
    Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.
    If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

    Additional charges
    Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in late or check out very late.

    1. Late check in:
    Fee of £25 for check-ins between 8pm and 10pm.
    Fee of £35 for check-ins from 10pm to 12am.

Very nice flat, charming and in a great neighborhood. Lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Mind there's a few flights of narrow stairs to reach the flat.

Everything was perfect - the flat, the location, the host. Check-in was easy and neighbourhood is wonderful. Super convenient for Heathrow Express and transit everywhere. Thanks for a wonderful extended weekend!

Lovely bright little living area in Notting; very close to Portobello Market. Well-equipped kitchen! The check in and communication with the host were perfect and the bus stops and tube entrances were just a short walk. There are some great restaurants in the neighborhood. We liked the location away from London's busier neighborhoods. Our only issue was the stairs! We had read in reviews that there were stairs but there are truly a lot of narrow stairs. Managing large suitcases on those stairs is very challenging. This flat would be perfect with just carry-on luggage. Also although there are three bathrooms, the larger bathroom between the two bedrooms is the one to share with the best shower and easiest access. The other two require stairs from the bedrooms.

Sole's property was excellent and very convenient to the Royal Oak Tube station, a mere two stops from Paddington - which is key if you're going to/from LHR on the Heathrow Express. Location is also excellent for Portabello and generally any and all of Notting Hill, Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Local pub the Prince Bonaparte was a favorite of ours with great food, cider and ales. Sole is extremely responsive to any and all questions and very helpful.

Lovely place, good location, rooms were comfortable and the shower was great.We had a bit of an issue with the master bedroom’s mattress which was too firm for us, but other than that we had a great stay, and Sole was very responsive host:)

We stayed at this flat for 10 days. Very conveniently located to shops,Bus (right outside door) and metro stops. Loved all the restaurants nearby, super close to Portabello Road and Nottinghill. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having 2.5 bathrooms was a luxury. Will stay again!

The Flat was located in a great spot, the climb up stairs with our luggage was a challenge, anyone with heavy luggage (50lbs) could be a challenge, thankfully we are in good shape, the front bedroom is a little loud at night and there is no air conditioning, however the flat is very charming and comfortable.

Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of Notting Hill and Portobello Market. Beautiful and bright space with everything we needed for a ladies long weekend in London. Host was extremely responsive and make check in & out very easy. Would definitely recommend.

First time London visitor and Notting Hill is THE place to stay. Easily walkable pubs, restaurants, and shopping right there. The Portobello Market is right down the road from this flat. It’s very unique, fun and was a highlight of our stay in London. The flat is very comfortable with lots of space, very charming, and beautifully decorated. It can get a bit warm in the summer but opening the windows keeps it cool and, in fairness, there was peak summer heat during our visit. We had a blast. I recommend it for your London stay. Feel like a local in Notting Hill.

Light and fresh appartment, very comfortable, anything you wish for. Luxury feeling! Lots of busses very near, extra convenient. The beds are a bit firm but we slept well. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. We can absolutely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay in Notting Hill. The host was very friendly and responsive. The beds are comfortable and nice bathrooms. There is a friendly, family-run coffee shop on the corner which we visted each morning. The tube station is an approximate 15 minute walk.

Tolle Wohnung, schöne Ausstattung, helle Zimmer, nett eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer. Die 85 Stufen vom Straßenlevel bis zum Wohnzimmer sind schon eine Herausforderung, besonders durch das schmale Treppenhaus und an einigen Stellen fehlende Geländer. Die Lage ist Topp, die Bushaltestelle.ist direkt vor der Tür, so dass man problemlos und schnell andere Buslinien und auch die U-Bahnstationen erreichen kann.
