Stylish apartment located in the heart of Kensington. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, open plan kitchen & spacious living area. The shops and restaurants of Kensington High Street are right on your door step, with Whole Foods only a 2 min walk! Kensington Palace & the beautiful Kensington Gardens, London Design Museum & Holland Park are all a short walk away. Visit Harrods by taking a 10min bus ride, or take a quick cab ride to the South Kensington museums (V&A, Natural History etc)!

The apartment has two good size double bedrooms both with excellent storage and en-suite bathrooms. On the top floor there is a spacious reception room with open plan kitchen, with integrated appliances including a washer/dryer. There is plenty of space for entertaining and there are wonderful views across to the tree-lined street and church.

The apartment is located on the second and third floors, no lift. In the UK, this is 2 and 3 floors above the ground floor level, with ground floor being level 0.

PLEASE NOTE - The apartment is located on the second and third floors. In the UK, this is 2 and 3 floors above the ground floor level, with ground floor being level 0. There is no lift, only stairs leading up to the flat, and also stairs inside the flat, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Please note there are also 2 steps leading down to one of the en-suite bathrooms.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
