The neighbourhood is also highly walkable, connecting easily to Camden, Bloomsbury, and Angel Islington, while black cabs and Uber are widely available throughout Central London, making travel seamless at any time.

    SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES:
    We care about the environment and aim to reduce waste. That’s why we provide refillable toiletries instead of single-use bottles and avoid disposable items like paper towels in the kitchen. Thanks for helping us support eco-friendly travel!

    ID VERIFICATION: To confirm your booking, we require a copy of your ID—just like a hotel check-in. This helps us verify your identity and ensure the guest who booked is the one staying.

    If you’re unable to provide ID or follow the property rules, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with the booking, as these requirements must be respected.

    - CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property, so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).

    - NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building, and our neighbors need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no cameras inside the apartment—your privacy is respected.) If you do not follow this rule, you will be asked to leave the property with no refund, and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.

    - Quiet hours 22:00 - 09:00.
    - NO unregistered guests/visitors are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you invite an unregistered visitor.
    - If you wish to drop off bags early or check in earlier, get in touch with us in advance; we might be able to organize it. However, our cleaning and management company charges £30 for early check-in and £12 for bag drop-off to get this organized with the cleaning team.

    IMPORTANT: This is a private residential building. Please respect residents’ privacy and do not discuss your stay with neighbors. Direct all questions to the host. If approached, kindly refer them to us. We are not affiliated with the concierge. Do not seek assistance, return keys, or arrange deliveries through them. No mail or parcels unless approved. Thank you!
