This charming 32 m² lower-ground-floor studio, accessible by stairs, is designed for comfort and convenience.

The open-plan living and sleeping area is elegantly furnished and well maintained, featuring a cosy seating area, TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, and all the essential cookware and cutlery you need to prepare meals.

The bathroom comes with all the amenities required to freshen up, including clean towels for your convenience.

For added privacy, the studio has its own private entrance, and it is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The lively Hackney neighbourhood centers around Mare Street, home to the historic Hackney Picturehouse Cinema and the 1901 Hackney Empire Theatre, which hosts music, comedy, and drama performances. The area is brimming with co-working spaces, trendy bars, traditional pubs, and a diverse mix of authentic Turkish and Vietnamese restaurants. For outdoor activities, visit London Fields Park, featuring a year-round heated pool, or explore Broadway Market with its independent shops and popular Saturday artisan food market.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, London Fields, is just a 5-minute walk.

London Gatwick Airport is a 1h10 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
