If you`re looking for a central base, within easy reach of many of London`s top sights and attractions, this ideally located two-bedroom flat in Clapham is the perfect pick. Not only will you have a modern and comfortable place to return to, but you`re a fourteen-minute walk from the leafy common, fantastic for morning wanders in the park, while Clapham Junction tube station is only eleven minutes away on foot, connecting you to the likes of Wandsworth and Battersea in less than twenty minutes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and spread over one level. Inside, the cosy living room includes a comfy sofa, as well as lots of homely decorative touches that will have you feeling at ease from the moment you arrive.
Both bedrooms are wonderfully bright and minimal so you`ll have no trouble getting a restful night`s sleep in the city either. One bedroom offers a king size bed and the second bedroom a double bed.

The biggest draw is, of course, your private outside space, complete with garden furniture so you can sit back with your morning coffee and plan for your day ahead.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
