This beautifully styled flat offers a vibrant and characterful retreat in the heart of Hackney, combining bold design, warm textures and thoughtfully curated décor. Filled with natural light and surrounded by leafy views, it provides a peaceful haven while being moments from some of East London’s most exciting neighbourhoods. The flat is incredibly quiet, set away from the road and overlooking Regent’s canal.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms, 2 king and 1 double, one bright bathroom with both a bath and a wall-mounted shower, along with a separate WC. Set across the second floor and third floor via internal stairs it offers generous space for families, friends or groups seeking a stylish and well-located stay.

The living room blends mid-century charm with eclectic modern touches, centred around a beautifully detailed fireplace and enhanced by colourful soft furnishings and vintage lighting. Large windows and direct access to the balcony create an uplifting, airy feel. The kitchen offers a bold, creative aesthetic with deep navy walls, crisp cabinetry and warm wooden worktops. A striking yellow feature wall with hanging cookware adds a playful, artistic flair, creating a space that is both functional and full of personality. Internal stairs connect the rooms seamlessly and lead to a peaceful balcony overlooking mature trees, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, evening drinks or quiet moments in the fresh air. A dedicated dining area provides a welcoming place for shared meals and relaxed gatherings.

The flat is just moments from the ever-popular Broadway Market, a vibrant stretch known for its artisan food stalls, independent shops, cafés, restaurants and cosy pubs such as The Cat & Mutton and The Dove. On Sundays, the lively Columbia Road Flower Market is a must-see, drawing visitors with its colourful blooms and buzzing atmosphere. London Fields is also right on the doorstep, perfect for relaxed strolls or refreshing late-night swims at the heated London Fields Lido.
Nearby areas including Hackney Central and Dalston offer their own unique energy, cultural appeal and endless things to explore. Hackney is celebrated for its thriving food scene, independent boutiques, lively pubs and generous green spaces, with favourites like Mare Street Market, The Old Ship, The Virgin Queen, and the many bakeries and cafés of Well Street. Dalston brings a creative, eclectic spirit — known for its music venues, vintage shops, rooftop bars and destination restaurants — making it one of East London’s most exciting neighbourhoods for nightlife, culture and dining.

Transport links are excellent, making it easy to explore London and beyond. Haggerston station offers quick Overground services towards Highbury & Islington, while Cambridge Heath provides fast rail connections to Liverpool Street. London Fields station also gives convenient Overground access into the city. For Underground routes, Bethnal Green station on the Central Line offers direct travel to the West End and major central London destinations. Frequent bus services run throughout the neighbourhood, ensuring smooth and reliable travel across East London.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
