This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers a straightforward stay in the heart of Belgravia. Positioned on the seventh floor, it provides bright interiors, two double bedrooms, and a private balcony with elevated views across the surrounding area. With Victoria Station and Sloane Square both nearby, the apartment is well located for exploring central London.
• Living Area: Open-plan lounge with sofa, dining table, and balcony access. Large windows bring in natural light. • Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, with the essentials for everyday meals. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with a standard bed and storage. • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower over the bathtub. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with higher-level views of the street and local area.
Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):
• The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay. • From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.

Belgravia is one of London’s most elegant and well-connected neighbourhoods, known for its garden squares, refined architecture, and mix of independent shops and restaurants. From the apartment, you are within a 10-minute walk of both Sloane Square and Victoria, giving you access to boutiques on King’s Road, the Saatchi Gallery, and an excellent choice of cafés and dining spots.
Nearby you will also find attractions such as Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks of Green Park and St James’s Park, and the theatres of Victoria. Slightly further afield, Knightsbridge and the world-famous Harrods department store can be reached in just over a mile, making this a central base for exploring many of London’s highlights.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of London, with several stations nearby:
• Victoria Station (National Rail, Underground and Gatwick Express) – approx. 0.4 miles / 8-minute walk
• Sloane Square Underground Station (District and Circle lines) – approx. 0.5 miles / 10-minute walk
• London Buses operate frequently along Ebury Street and the nearby main roads, connecting to wider central London.

We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. London pour Noël
Séjour sympa avec un emplacement en plein cœur d’un quartier huppé et calme de Londres. Accès facile au métro 10min à pieds et 5 min pour accès au bus.

The location was excellent with easy access to everywhere we had to go. The downsides were more, there is no direct number to contact City relay. Everytime we called we got lettings team and it was painful. There seemed to be no one in the guest relations team. The whats app message response time was also slow. There is no microwave or television in the apartment. These are usually minimum standard in short lets. There was no change of sheets in the 4 weeks we stayed there. When we enquired we were told had to pay a bit extra for change of sheets. The ensuite bathroom had mold and the rug in the master bedroom was stained. There was no vaccum cleaner in the apartment and we had to go all the way downstairs to share the one used in the building. The central heating didnt work but it seems they already knoew because they had 3 portable heaters in the apartment. We asked for someone to please come and check the heating but they just wouldnt insisting instead that we send pictures and videos via whats app. Overall it wasnt the best experience.apartmentwhich we took

Die Größe der Wohnung und die Lage sind gut. Auch die Bäder und die Küche sind neuwertig. Leider waren die Teppichböden fleckig, Die Gardinen schmutzig und zerrissen, Die Heizung und das Warmwasser gingen erst nachdem der Hausmeister die Heizung repariert hat und das Sideboard im Wohnzimmer war kaputt. An den Wänden waren viele Fleck. WLAN gab es nicht sowie auch keinen Fernseher.
