This two-bedroom apartment provides a straightforward and practical base in Belgravia. Featuring a private balcony, bright interiors, and an open-plan layout, it’s well located within walking distance of Victoria Station and Sloane Square, making it a convenient choice for exploring central London.

• Living Area: Open-plan lounge with sofa, dining table, and balcony access. The large windows allow plenty of natural light.
• Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, with essentials for day-to-day cooking.
• Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each furnished with a standard bed and storage.
• Bathroom: One bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, and washbasin.
• Outdoor Space: Private balcony with views of the surrounding street and greenery.

Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):

• The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. This can be an opportunity for guests to disconnect from technology, relax, and enjoy the surrounding area without distraction.
• There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026.
• This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a functional set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
• From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.

• London Buses run frequently along Ebury Street and the surrounding main roads, connecting to wider central London.

We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
