Excellent customer service, courteouus staff, well maintained lobby. Overall, finest place to stay in town. Parking at the entrance is limited and at times overccrowded.

I booked executive king room .The room was extremely smelly as if the carpets haven’t gone under cleaning since ages. The telephone service was not working and nobody bothered to check it despite complaining . The Housekeeping rang the bell once and straight tried to enter the room in the span of 0.5 second and later realized it was a blunder. Wasn’t expecting all of this . I literally left the next day

Hi, I would just like to leave an honest review of my stay in the Pearl continental hotel Karachi. I had arrived from London. My pick up was convenient, the food was great and the facilities were exceptional, however, unfortunately I came across a situation which made me feel so uncomfortable and has made me reluctant to ever return. I had a friend who came to visit me for a couple of hours as I had returned to Pakistan after a long time. This incident took place on the 8th February in the night time .The security personnel who was tall and had a big beard stopped me near the lift (it was so disgusting and humiliating in front of other people) and said to go to reception for entry where receptionist said to me that I had to pay additional fees and to register my friend. The receptionist then demanded me to pay. I told them that I they can deduct it from my deposit money. Upon checking out, I noticed that no money was deducted. It is quite obvious that they were playing foul and just wanted to extract money from me for personal gain and not in the interest of the hotel chain. I would urge you to look into this matter as I have advised many friends of mine who stay at the Pearl Continental in Karachi about this situation and frankly, this practice needs to stop. I pay good money for the convenience of peace of mind and not to get harassed for money but then still have to face unwanted situations like this. kind Regards Laiq Ahmed

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. I found my room noisy at night from traffic and sirens because it faced the street. If the clerk who checked me in had been more astute about my quiet room request I would have enjoyed better sleeps. Well maintained common areas and lobby spaces.

Discrepancy
We had a booking for three nights for two twin beds on smokefree floor, but were given full bed on a floor that had smoking rooms as well as smoke free. When we asked about this discrepancy they gave us a smoke free queen size bed with a bed rolled in. We changed the room but then had new problems to face when we saw the bathroom. It barely fits a slim person. And this is a five star hotel?

What I did not like and what messed up my stay in Karachi is that the hotel's front desk give out my personal information to a outsider which walked in the hotel asking for me. A upon my arrival at the hotel the person was waiting for me. which put my safety at risk. I did not share my trip plans with anyone in Karachi it messed up everything for me. I am extremally upset.

Supremely quiet rooms, room cleaning that could not be bettered and friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was a treat every day and do stay on the executive floors for access to the lounge which is perfect for a snack.

The hotel was very nice, on arrival to bedroom there was a beautiful bedroom presentation which i adorned. The daily breakfast in marco polo was delicious, large variety of food available. The room cleaning, maintenance on 2nd floor was really good. However, i wasn't happy with the card access to the room, i had to always go to the main reception to charge it. This happened every day which was appalling. On arrival i was told i had to give a deposit and when i check out it will be given back. I paid the deposit by card. However, its nearly been 3 weeks and i still haven't recieved my refund. I have been told the hotel has released the payment, i still have recieved the payment. This is a 5 star hotel, they should keep up with the high standard.

Great hotel in Karachi
I recently visited the PC In Karachi, and specifically choose this brand as Id like a good level of comfort. Further, this visit to Pakistan was the first for my son, so I wanted him to enjoy his stay. The hotel is spacious and typically on par which a top European city hotel. I had to raise an issue with Azemuddin and he was responsive and professional. This is my hotel of preference in Karachi. Well done Azemuddin!
