"Dejligt hotel. Tæt ved metro. Vi bookede et superior værelse med terasse. Er skuffet over at terrassen ikke stemte overens med billederne. Værelset vi fik var på 4. sal med terrasse mod gård og ikke den udsigt, der var på billederne."

"not the standards of a 5 stars hotel. The room is clean but extremely small. the personel is professional and kind but the hotel rules are not customer friendly. We asked for a late check out and were told that we had to ask again the last day in the morning. Had to wake up to call and ask if i can sleep longer (and had to pay for it, which is comprehensible but not what I usually experience at 5 stars hotels) The gym is a joke and has exactly 3 machines. The location is central. I would not recommend especially with the price that absolutely don’t match the services. "

"Big, big difference on the 3 different rooms, even though it was the same room that was booked. One room directly under the cafeteria which made a lot of noise from very early morning and made it impossible to sleep. The shower was insanely small and almost made it impossible to shower. The other room was an accessible room, with a 1,5 person bed and the toilet was an accessible one as well. That room was not designed for 2 people at all, which is a very big shame when you book it.
