"Great location just steps away from Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Extremely tight quarters, especially the showers. There is no AC, but the unit uses radiant cooling from within the floor. The problem this creates is condensation on the floor. I recommend not using your outdoor shoes inside bc the floor condensation turns the dirt on your shoes to mud in the apartment. We opened the windows for air circulation but that brought bugs in. "

"Great apartment for a large family. Plenty of hot water and two full bathrooms with 3 bedrooms. Very convenient for metro and many other cafes and bars. "

"This unit is as we had hoped. Very roomy and had the essentials. Very centrally located, particularly close to the Sol square and Metro. The only issue was the walkup to the apartment which is 2 full flights. It appears there is construction to install an elevator which would make this unit most desirable. The owner was very cooperative and let us store our luggage pending the stated 3pm access. You must have a smart phone as the entry system is tied to this.would certainly come again."

"Wonderful apartment with a fabulous location. Modern with the best showers! Great communication, easy electric door lock, and quiet. Only difficulty we had was not knowing how to operate the washing machine. We got lucky with the dish washer. Not so with laundry . I would recommend written instructions for those appliances. No other issues, really. A five star stay for us. We loved it!"

"Needed a place to stay in Madrid as central hub for travels throughout Spain. Perfect size for our family, clean with everything we needed, very near major transport hubs like the Atocha train station for long distance travel and the local metro subway (Estacion Arte). Walking distance to major museums and parks, with food and grocery options within walking distance. The streetside rooms can be a little noisy at night from the passing crowds, but that's to be expected from a major city...

"The apartment was in a great neighborhood, walkable to most of the things we wanted to see and do. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. Some of the furniture and bed linens were a bit worn. Although usually we were awoken by stairway noise and a pulsing base beat in the midnight/early am hours several times (from a club next door?)"

"If I could give 6 stars for communication with property management I would! Very prompt and clear responses. Minor water heater issue was ironed out quickly. Very quiet street. Within 15-25 min walking to everything we wanted to see."
