"Everything was wonderful. For an all inclusive the food was pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. Plenty of choices for food that’s for sure. It’s was well maintained and clean but there is room for improvements. The two story terrace room with private pool is great but the pool is lacking and that level should definitely have some plants or other items to warm it up a bit. It would be nice if you could adjust the pool more even if you could turn the jets. The television set up is terrible....

"I have mixed feelings about this resort. The location on the beach is good and the hotel as such is also nicely done. However, it failed the 'towel test' Every morning at 6 am people are reserving sunbeds that they then dont use. Also there is constant 'entertainment' and way too much alcohol flowing which creates a spring break atmosphere, but with most guests being in their 50s. Very odd environment to be honest and not at all relaxing. Having said that the staff is generally nice and service...

"The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member...
