"What a gem! The shared kitchen between the 6 suites was great. We loved the pool, the sound of the ocean and watching the frigatbirds and pelicans. The room had a very comfortable bed, great AC, wifi and a cool shell shower. No TV, and we did not need it as we had ocean views. Gabriela welcomed us and was an excellent host. Thank you for thw great 6 days! "

"My family and I spend 7 days at the beautiful Belo hotel, but the totally misplaced instant loud music, ruined every relaxing vacation vibe the surroundings deserve. When relaxing in the pool area you were forced to listen to 3-4 different playlist simultaneous - is was more stressful than relaxing. "We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. We have two nights planed at Isla Mujeres, but in fortunate just one night in our beautiful house at ICACO - next time i would without doubt book all our nights at ICACO.
