"Firstly, there was no sign for comfort inn and number provided in the email was from quality inn not for comfort inn. We got the number from another comfort inn hotel for the location where we go and nobody answered the phone. Room was ok… AC is not working properly. Staff was not able to answer anything"

Night 2, neighbors and kids were in the hallway talking loud and digging through bags with Styrofoam boxes in them. Night 4, neighbor was in and out of their room ALL NIGHT, they had the latch flipped to prop door open and the door shut hard causing it to bounce off the latch eache time they came in and out. "Overall an okay stay, dirty floors but the bed felt great. We booked because they had a breakfast buffet available. I came down to get some and bring it up to my sleeping boyfriend, and at the elevator two female staff stopped me and said "You're not allowed to bring breakfast up. Other people are asking because of you" which is such a weird and rude way to phrase it... they never told me this rule at check in, if it was written anywhere I missed it clearly. "After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. "

"The receptionist was really nice and extremely helpful. The upkeep of the room I stayed in was not pleasing at all. Broken cabinets, food stains on the wall, stains on the pillows, broken curtains, stinky stench in the room, the pool was a mess and had to be cleaned from the weekend prior to my stay. Woken up to a couple arguing in the hallway and then police presence in the building. I’ll pass on a future visit with this property."

"I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The hallways, rooms, and overall condition of the property gave very little confidence in cleanliness or upkeep.
