I stayed at La Banque in October 2025 in the Deluxe room specifically to get some much needed rest and experience the jetted tub. Unfortunately there was a loud performance going on in downtown Homewood that went on until 9pm. I did not fault the hotel for this (although some information on Homewood events could be helpful on their website), enjoyed the tub and went to bed after 9pm.
I loved the tub and decor so much that I decided to give them another shot in December to celebrate my partners birthday. We are parents and like to check in early to get rest. We checked in, noticed that it was rather cold in the room. We turned up the heat tried to rest a bit then went to the restaurant in the building. Upon our return we noticed that the room was still cold. We called the receptionist who tried her best to assist us. The room was extremely cold and after 2 attempts to fix the issue we were provided with two really small space heaters. The hotel was fully booked so we were unable to change rooms. The space heaters caused the circuits to blow so then we were without lights or television (in addition to heat) for about an hour. The heat and power issues were resolved around 9pm however the room did not get adequately warm until after 11pm. Because the hotel has a courtesy rule associated with jet usage, we were unable to use the jetted tub. The hotel staff tried their best but I was repeatedly told that management was unavailable - even in the morning when I went to check out.
