I booked my stay from June 17–23, 2025. When I called ahead to ask about an early check-in, I was surprised to hear that I had been marked as a no-show for June 16 and charged for that night. This was unexpected, as my Expedia confirmation clearly stated that my booking began on June 17.
After clarifying this with the staff, I was thankfully allowed to check in early and continue my stay. However, this mix-up was stressful after a long day of travel and left a poor first impression, especially as a first-time guest.
Aside from that initial issue, the rest of my stay was good and I appreciated the accommodations.
