Overall, the hotel has a nice aesthetic and a beautiful lobby, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the price point.
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the layout was quite poor. The bathrooms were very small, one sink didn’t drain properly, and another was leaking — issues you wouldn’t expect at this level. There was also no kitchenette, which felt like a miss for a suite of this type. The a/c would blow right over the bed making it uncomfortable. Either too cold or too warm.
The in-room amenities were underwhelming, with only decaf coffee provided. Parking was also excessively priced, and the valet service was inconsistent — sometimes quick, other times frustratingly slow.
The on-site restaurant was another disappointment. The food and service didn’t match the premium pricing at all and felt subpar overall.
While the property has its highlights, especially the lobby, the overall experience doesn’t justify the cost.
