"This property is in a good location downtown. The Publix is only a couple of blocks away and it was a safe area for walking. Access to the interstate was easy as well. The apartment was quiet and the AC worked very well. The kitchen needed a few additional items, such as more cooking utensils, but other than that, the apartment was well appointed with lines, towels, and paper products. "

"Super quaint condo. Very Miami style. Living room TV was way to small for the room. Pots and pans were of poor quality, two even rusted and need replaced. Overall smell was a bit musty and the ventillation in the bathroom was poor but not the worst place to stay."

"Very nice place to stay. Within walking distance to Brickell City Center which has restaurants and bars for you to choose from. The pool is a great addition to the property, especially when you’ve had a long night out and need a chill place to spend your day. We had rented a listing with a 2 bedroom description and were worried it would be a 2 bed in 1 bedroom and the listing was true. It was great to have that privacy. Only thing is that I wish the hotel would have more relaxed rules about...

"Location:We came to town for a family reunion in the area. We were happy with the location, due to its vicinity to our event. But we were beyond pleased with the centrality of the home! Less than a 5-minute walk got us to breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted to stay in. Otherwise, it was a short 4-5 minute taxi to hot spots in Little Havana or Brickell nightlife!Home:Brand new remodel, with all the bells and whistles. Top to bottom, every room is top notch, with modern decor and amenities....
