"This home is absolutely beautiful, the beds were nice and the kitchen is great. The clubhouse pools were both phenomenal. We did find a pair of dirty socks in one of the beds on the first night when we turned down. There was absolutely no cleaning solution available to clean counters, I understand we could go get some but we were here for a week and flew there so why would we waste money on something we would have to leave there. "We have stayed in many homes down here in Florida and this one was by far the best. It was exactly like the photos, very clean, the beds were super comfortable, communication was very fast and they came to fix any issues we had that same day. The one thing I really appreciated was the fact that the air actually cooled the whole house and everyone could sleep comfortably. "Property was great for the kids. The game room kept them occupied. All the rooms were clean and a nice size. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only issue we had was they charged us to rent a grill which is fine its the fact they gave us a piece of garbage. It was old and had no markings on it and was horrible to grill on."
