"A one night sta with my wife. The room was clean and comfortable and my wife really appreciated the black-out curtains. Coffee , tea and water were provided. Bathroom was clean and we were able to have a decent shower. The pressure is not too strong but adequate enough and the water was hot. There are extensive grounds but it was raining one day and extremely hot the next so couldn't take advantage of a stroll.

"To start with was easy parking and when entering the hotel was greeted with lovely smiley staff. It was lovely and quiet and very chilled not to busy lobby. We was showed to our room and explained what was what. Was nice ,clean and simple. The area is very quiet so sleeping was lovely, the bed was very comfortable but personally I prefer harder pillows ( but just bring one if need be ) surrounding area was clean very spacious. Was overall a great stay and would def come again . "

"Had a nice stay at The Evenlode. Enjoyed the food. The room had everything we needed. Power sockets in good places, always important. Check in was easy, as was check out. Staff were friendly. A little concerned that the shower seemed to have two bottle of hand wash rather than shampoo and body wash. Overall a good stay. "

This is an expensive area and so expect prices to reflect this, that said you get what you pay for - the Cotswolds is a busy, but stunning location. We will definitely be returning.
