The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. "We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel was in a great location, only around 8 minutes driving distance from our daughter’s apartment, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast each morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay in any Residence Inn."

"During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed. Having said that, the room was clean,; and otherwise adequate for my needs. My phone didn't work for my entire stay, I was...

"I can say I feel like my wife and I wasted our money on this stay. The room smelled like an ashtray, the hot tub did not work ( and this one one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The room was booked wrong in their system. The breakfast we were served this morning was cold. This was all around the worst experience when staying with this brand of grill"
