"The entire experience was awkward. We had to contact the front desk, and awaited for directions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD WHILE BEING IN COSTA RICA... WAS NON-EXISTENT. "Absolutely fantastic experience! The private patio overlooking Playa Ocotal is so spacious, and there is always a breeze. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys in the hills and various birds calling all day. The air conditioned tent keeps you cool at night but you could easily not use ac and let the breeze come through the mesh screens. The host is super responsive if you have questions or need anything. Feel like you are isolated, no annoying people or crying children, but good restaurants and...
