Incredible dining options, amazing service and extremely friendly staff - not to mention a gorgeous resort with beautiful private beach access. Highly recommend for couples looking to get away, enjoy delicious cuisine, and enjoy entertainment in the evenings! Also, highly recommend going to the spa, as it was the best spa experience we've ever had! Can't wait to come back here!"

"Perfect place for a family. We’ve been to a few other hotels in Cancun and Playa del Carmen and Villa del Palmar is by far the best in customer service and food! We loved our stay here. The staff kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything, they stocked the snacks everyday and cleaned the room at least twice a day. The only thing that I would say it’s worth mentioning is that it does not have a lot of entertainment. There were a couple of activities by the main pool during the day but...

"I have mixed feelings about this resort. The location on the beach is good and the hotel as such is also nicely done. However, it failed the 'towel test' Every morning at 6 am people are reserving sunbeds that they then dont use. Also there is constant 'entertainment' and way too much alcohol flowing which creates a spring break atmosphere, but with most guests being in their 50s. Very odd environment to be honest and not at all relaxing. Having said that the staff is generally nice and service...

"What an amazing resort experience! Everything from the food to the service to the rooms was top-notch. Our room was cleaned daily, and one of the best perks was being able to order lunch and drinks right from the pool. The beach is just steps away, and it was well maintained.
