"Amazing property, lots of space and set in a beautiful setting. Although a steep walk, it really isn’t far to both St Ives and Carbis Bay. The only thing to note that we were told non residents couldn’t use the pool in holiday time. "

"Nice tidy 'for rental' appointed chalet style accomodation at the top level of five or six rows of near identical units. Great view, and well sheltered for the on-shore breeze that seems to blow most days. The 20 electricity top up was a nice touch, and we didn't consume all of it, so power was effectively free. Beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and more, shower worked well. Only real downside was the patio seating was simply a wooden bench-n-table, and no chairs, and...

"Wir hatten dieses Objekt als zentralen Punkt für unsere Cornwallreise ausgesucht und es war sehr schön. Das Objekt ist ein kleiner Bungalow in einer Bungalowsiedlung, die gepflegt wirkt. Bedingt durch das feuchte Wetter in Verbindung mit dem Wassersport muss man zwingend ein paar kleine Grundregeln zum richtigen Lüften beachten. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind ok. In der Küche findet man genug Geschirr für 3 Personen. Ich werde gern wiederkommen."

"The location of the villa is everything, hearing and seeing the sea is beautiful. It’s walking distance to the beach with a gorgeous beach bar and cocktail bar. The kids (4&9) loved exploring. The villa has everything you could need and whilst a bit dated, it is in line with the price. We loved it that much that we stayed an extra night! Everything in the run up was well communicated. Thank you! "

"Beautiful villa, in a stunning location. We absolutely loved staying in seahorses. The view from the terrace is lovely, villa is well equipped for you to enjoy your stay. James the owner was so helpful and when our car broke down after unloading, informed the site manager, so we would not incur charges for over staying in the residents parking area. Oh and the weather was a big bonus, warm and sunny everyday. Highly recommend "

"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). "Accommodations were exactly as described. 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. No closets but dressers if needed. And a great washer and dryer! There was an issue with the septicwhich was attended to immediately - however a slight odor remained for our stay. Ardian was very responsive. "

"The villa was immaculate and had everything you could need. Our stay was over Christmas and a Christmas tree had been put up for our stay.
