"The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the pools and beachside access, along with the extracurricular activities presented. Beds were comfortable and staff attentive. Front desk staff could be a bit warmer, and not all were knowledgeable in addressing/resolving customer concerns. "

"Fantastic staff and location. We were very impressed with everything. Thursday mornings host a market with local food and hand made clothes and jewelry.
Popular dive shop on site but not much else for activities. Just a great spot to relax hang out at a free cabana or snorkel off the beach."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Delek. They had some issues with the key to our room when we arrived, so they offered us an upgrade to a bigger ocean view room for half the stay, which was a nice gesture.
They also gave us an extra free welcome drink because the upgraded room wasn't ready until 5:30 pm
We came by rental car but parking wasn't an issue even though the hotel has limited parking. We had of course ensured that they reserved a spot for us.

"Overall one of the best hotels in Tulum,the beach, pool and view is perfect, no loud music and still close to everything in Tulum where it all happens.
Only thing which could be better is the difference between quality of food and drinks depending what restaurant or bar it’s ordered by. Don’t know why but sometimes the same drinks and food experience varies from time to time."

"We stayed 3 lovely nights in the ocean front master suite. It was the best decision ever. Huge room and the most fantastic private terrace. We enjoyed the views and also the room itself with lots of space beside the comfy bed. Nice a la carte breakfast every morning with your toes in the sand. "

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay.
The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "
