"It seemed to be recently remodeled in excellent condition. Good safe location. Lots of room for a couple but had an extra bedroom so it would work great for a family. The outdoor area was huge with a great gas grill area. Lots of extra little touches like coffee tea chocolate andchampagne."

"Development was very nice. Friendly community & well kept pool & club house. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & beaches. Villa needed work. When we arrived bathtub was clogged & 2 sink faucets needed to be replaced. Owner responded quickly to that problem. Oven was not clean. The tv’s didn’t work because remotes needed batteries & one needed relplacement. One remote was so sticky we needed to use a paper towel to hold it. We wanted to enjoy our stay without complaining to the host. Renters...

"The property itself is beautiful and spacious. It was immaculately clean and the little touches did not go unnoticed. Communication with the host was instantaneous whenever we had a question. One of the nicer VRBO homes we have stayed in. It is centrally located and close to Publix, great restaurants, and shopping. It takes about a half hour to get to most beaches but it’s not a bad drive. Traffic is not as bad in North Port as it is in other areas in Florida. We had a lovely stay during our...
