"Development was very nice. Friendly community & well kept pool & club house. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & beaches. Villa needed work. When we arrived bathtub was clogged & 2 sink faucets needed to be replaced. Owner responded quickly to that problem. Oven was not clean. The tv’s didn’t work because remotes needed batteries & one needed relplacement. One remote was so sticky we needed to use a paper towel to hold it. We wanted to enjoy our stay without complaining to the host. Renters...

"The only issue was the check in. Didn’t receive any notification on the code to enter the door. I reached out to owner and he replied immediately. The person that was supposed to provide only did so when I was settled in. "

However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation."

"This condo is AMAZING! Beautifully decorated. Impecably clean. Comfortable seating and a HUGE big screen TV in living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, great showers and plenty of extra towels. So many extra amentities such as shampoo, conditioner, keurig coffee maker with complimentry coffee pods, tea, etc., not to mention a bottled water upon arrival.
