Hoteller nær Casa del Libro

"Hotel El Covento was exquisite! The property was beautifully maintained and a perfect place to begin our honeymoon. The staff delivered a complimentary bottle of wine with a handwritten note congratulating us. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and kind. A special shout out to the front desk and to the bartenders who made us feel so welcome!"

"We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm. I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late."

"Everything was amazing!!!!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views of Old San Juan and making for an unforgettable experience. There were only a few minor things I wasn’t particularly fond of. The elevators can take a while to come up or down, although it wasn’t much of an issue for me since I was staying on the second floor. The food at the restaurant was good, but I felt it was a...

"Very clean. And in a very centric area."

"Perfect location at a great price. Felt safe in the heart of Old Town. Right next door to the Department of State and across the street from Plaza de Armas. Bonus, there is a small slushy store to the right of the entrance that sells small liquor bottles, water, juice etc and the afternoon/night clerk gives great local travel tips and advice."

"Great location in Old town. Great service from friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again! "

"No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond, The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. It was a terrible stay. All in all, a terrible stay for over $440 that I paid. I definitely would not never stay here again."

"Rigtig godt"

"We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!"

"Dead larvae on the floor, damp stains that look like mold on walls and ceilings, a sofa with stains of what I hope is chocolate, used toilet paper under the bed, hair everywhere, including in the “clean” bed linen, and dust and sand all over the floor. The shower had no drain cover, and the shower curtain was dirty. Overall extremely filthy, unhygienic, and unwelcoming. I have stayed in many places across Asia, Africa, and South America, and this is without doubt the dirtiest place I have ever...

"Clean room, excellent location"
