OMG!!! Hyatt Ziva Cancun is absolutely amazing, and I am already planning my trip for next year. The views are stunning from every vantage point. The staff and service level is beyond comparison to any other resort I've visited. I cannot say enough about the place, the vibe, the food...everything. My family and I can't wait to get back. ❤️❤️❤️

This was our second time visiting and we loved it! Staff are so accommodating and thoughtful here. Loved the food options and pool. We got a cabana on our last day which had such great little bonuses with it.

Overall very good property. We stayed in the adults only tower with the jacuzzi tub on the balcony. On the first day the room smell like mildew. I didn’t like that. We also rented cabanas everyday. The only down side was the other guests not honoring your private space in front of the cabanas. The French restaurant turned us away because my husband didn’t have a button down shift on but he had on a very nice polo and dress pants. We had an amazing time and we will be back. The dolphins were beautiful. We do hope the resort incorporate Authentic Mexico food soon.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time the entire stay. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Pool is excellent with tons of activities. Gym and work out class are great to start the day. Foods are great but wish there are more Mexicans foods selections. Overall, we love it and will come back.

This was our 3rd time at this resort. We had our toddler for the first time which I was hesitant about. This resort was absolutely amazing even with babies. We as parents were able to relax thanks to the outstanding staff. The variety food was also something that made our trip so effortless for our picky toddler. They always have kid friendly foods available!

My family and I had a great time- a beautiful resort with good dining options and plenty of things to do. The Habanero seafood restaurant was a favorite of ours and the hospitality across the resort was top-tier. Overall great first time stay at a Hyatt and we would definitely go back and stay at other Hyatts.

Our weekend trip to Hyatt Ziva in Cancun was meant to be a special celebration for my sister's birthday, but it turned into a distressing experience. On the last night, a security officer falsely accused us of smoking on the balcony, which we categorically denied. Despite offering to allow them to inspect the room to prove our innocence, they refused. The situation escalated when the security officer tried to make me sign a $600 citation and even threatened to evict us if I didn't comply. The hotel called the police, and I was forced to sign the citation under duress to avoid my entire family being taken to jail. Even after signing, we were still evicted and had to find alternative accommodation late at night. The staff's handling of the situation was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of empathy. This experience not only ruined our vacation but also caused significant stress to my elderly mother. I cannot recommend Hyatt Ziva in Cancun under any circumstances due to the appalling treatment we received. This hotel has tarnished our vacation and left us with an enduring negative impression of the brand. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Dear Benyamin,Thank you for your comments.Unfortunately, being a family friendly resort our policies about smoking are very adamant. Rules are explained and signed upon check-in. Also, bad behaviour towards the team is penalized with eviction as explained before as well, this with purpose of keeping an ambiance of mutual respect.We are going to share this feedback with our respective teams to reinforce our policies.
